Return and Exchange Policy
- Defective products
- All products can be returned within 7 days.
- For the return and exchange of non-defective products, customers will pay for return freight.
- All returns must be in the original packaging, unused, and a saleable condition.
- Gifts must be returned with products.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days once returns are received.

- Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- Seals are removed
- Damaged tags, labels, and packages.
- The hesitation period of 7 days is passed.
- Products that have close physical contact such as underwear cannot be returned.
